On the boardwalk the others turn down the Ferris wheel, so Gretchen sends Slade up beside her stepmom. At the summit Holly tells him nobody can see them and hints that a surprise is waiting; the episode closes as she reaches for her top.

Both of them now have something to hide, Holly's promised surprise is still owed, and the summer is just starting.
