Email the guide

The address is contact@candyai-porn-shorts.com. Use it to report a wrong fact, an outdated price or a broken link on this site. Tell us the page, what you saw and the date, and we will check it against candy.ai.

We cannot help with a Candy AI account, a payment or a refund, because we do not run the service. Those go to Candy AI, which lists support@candymail.ai in its Terms of Service. Our pricing page explains the refund rules we have read.

DMCA and copyright requests

The site hosts no video. The posters are Candy's official promotional images, and Candy AI publishes its own DMCA policy. If you still believe something on our pages infringes your copyright, send the request to the same address, contact@candyai-porn-shorts.com, and include:

• your name, role and contact details;
• a description of the work you own;
• the link to our page that shows the material;
• a sentence saying you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized;
• a sentence confirming that every detail in your notice is correct and that you are the rights holder or act for them;
• your signature, typed or scanned.

What not to send

Please do not send files or links that claim to hold full episodes. Anything outside candy.ai is unofficial, and such links can lead to scams, malware or fake login pages. That is why every watch link on this site opens the official player.
